GeneralNorth America customers can order products from hundreds of dealers in the US and Canada. Our other international customers should contact our distributor within their country for specific ordering information. Unless otherwise noted, the following policies apply to products purchased directly from Focus - A VITEC Company either via our Webstore or our 800-338-3348 order desk.
Ordering InformationProducts purchased directly from Focus are typically NTSC only, sold at US Suggested Retail Prices (SRP), and can only be fulfilled within North America.
Shipping InformationCustomer orders are shipped three times per week from our Campbell, California headquarters, usually within 3 days after receiving an order, subject to product availability. Customers can select from three shipment methods: ground, 2-day, or overnight. Your shipping costs will be added to your purchases total at the time of fulfillment. The shipping address provided must be identical to the billing address of your credit card for any order over $1,000. In addition, no orders will be fulfilled to a P.O. Box.
Sales TaxBy law, we are required to charge sales taxes in the following states: CA (8..25%), MA (5%), MN (7%), SC (6%), TX (8.25%). Sales tax (determined by your ship-to address) will be added to your purchases total at the time of fulfillment.
PaymentPayment for Webstore orders can be made either by Visa or MasterCard. If you want to pay by Money Order please call us at 1-800-338-3348 or fax us information at 1-408-866-4859. At this time we only accept purchase orders from educational institutions for (Warranty/Non-Warranty) repair with an "RMA".
ReturnsWe offer a full credit return (less shipment) for products purchased directly from the Focus Enhancements Webstore or 800 phone line as long as it’s returned within 30 days from shipment in excellent condition with original packaging. To arrange for a product return, please contact Focus Enhancements Customer Service at 1-763-398-1658 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products purchased from our dealers must be returned to dealers under the dealer’s return policy and not the return policy of Focus. To arrange for such a return, please contact your dealer.
Warranty InformationExact warranty terms are enclosed within each of our non-accessory products, whether purchased from Focus directly or through our North America dealer network. In general, most Focus standalone products are covered by a one year parts and labor limited warranty. Cables, power supplies, and other accessories carry a 90-day warranty.
RepairsWe provide in-warranty repairs at no charge as well as out-of-warranty repairs based on a product-specific flat fee. For all North American repairs, please contact Focus Customer Service at 1-763-398-1658. International customers should contact their respective dealer or distributor to arrange for product repairs.
