Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request

RMA Requests may be made for the following:
  1. End users, Dealers or Distributors may request Repair of Focus Enhancements Videonics, Visual Circuits, or Como products, in warranty or out of warranty.
  2. Dealers or Distributors only may request product return, or restock credits.
  3. End Users, Dealers, or Distributors may request product return credits for Web Orders fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the return request.
